Appearance: Poured from the gigantic 2.5 liter cloudy green plastic bottle into a large mug. The beer is a pure golden color with 2 fingers of pure white quickly dissolving head.
Smell: A bit off/sourish as I opened the bottle, and this characteristic remained as I drank through the beer. Some graininess around in there somewhere.
Taste: Watery up front and through the middle. There is something off in the middle, but I don't know what it is and it's only for a fleeting second, then it's water again. Finishes with a slight bitterness. Overall there's not really anything here...
Mouthfeel: A bit thin and watery throughout.
Drinkability: This is another one of those Bulgarian "get-the-job-done" beers that seem to dominate out here. Sure enough one could probably put back the entire 2.5 liter bottle of this stuff. However, I don't think I'd want to.
