Can: Poured a clear golden color lager with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with some residual sugar notes is enjoyable enough. Taste is a good mix of clean cereal notes with some light residual sugar notes and light adjunct. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable lager but I would have preferred a dryer finish with less residual sugar notes.

It pours very clear pale straw with an initially quite big, airy, white head. Grainy and grassy. Sweet grains, green Euro hops, mineraly, with a faint whiff of sulphur. The flavor is along the same lines. Grainy, pilsy flavor and herbal, grassy hop bitterness that is actually pretty assertive with a very light touch of DMS. It is very dry with active carbonation and a pretty crisp finish with a hoppy bite. This is a nice beer for the style. There are some things that I maybe wouldn't seek out in a beer, but it is definitely to style and more full-flavored and nice-drinking than some I've had.

On tap at the Saint-Pub: Bright straw color with a strong amount of activity. Thick foamy white 2-3 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with shy legs and a low swirl reaction. Flavors of cereal, sweet grains, corn, lager yeast, faint lemon, and floral hops. Slick full body with a moderate crisp. Slightly dull. Light strength finish, mostly malty with a light flowery feel. Lots of corn and feels a bit adjunct. Not much fruity but at least the attenuation is good so there's few caramel. Lacks complexity and intensity, overly accessible and crowd pleasing. Some dry hops would be nice. Good freshness though. Overall below average quality craft.
