On tap at the Saint-Pub: Clear golden color with moderate activity. Light creamy beige 1 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with shy legs. Flavors of caramel, sweet barley, lemon, and floral hops. Slick and smooth full body with crispy carbonation, and light prickly. Light to medium strength finish, moderate maillard effect, a bit bready and dominantly malty. Good freshness, decent intensity, well balanced. Overall good quality craft.
