Had on tap. Murky yellow pour, finger of tight white foam, dotted lacing. Aromas of wheat, banana, flowers, honey, lemon zest and an almost buttery malt base. Tastes simpler: wheat with fruit esters of banana and lemon, slight coriander and flowers with a honey dipped finish. Feel is airy and bright, yeasty more than wheaty, softer. It’s not bad but not a purist wit. Late spring for this one

Body is unfiltered lemon-juice straw/gold, vigourous effervescence, forming a solid cloud white head with several minutes retention.
Umami yeast notes of banana, spice, touch of orange and grapefruit zest. Classic.
Plenty of spice on the palate, though not overpowering, floral like coriander - but also real floral notes, sweet like an orange blossom or white tea; a soft, light body caresses the palate, balanced by a dry finish and prickly medium-light carbonation; clean & fresh; maybe a touch too much residual sugar.
Super easy drinking, refreshing, tasty and refined. An excellent summer brew.
