Bottle: Poured a bright dark golden color ale with a large foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of Belgian malt with some residual candi sugar notes and some peppery yeast notes. Taste is also a mix of Belgian malt notes with some residual candi sugar notes and spices/peppery yeast notes. Body is full with excellent carbonation and no real discernible alcohol notes. Superb Belgian tripel and incredible hommage to the original.

Wow! Just wow! Bold mouthfeel.Really tasty triple with champagne yeast that added layers of complexity. Bottle pour. Active cabonation as freshly bottled.
