On cask at Cask Days 2012, into a pint glass. Listed as a 'strong porter.'
Orange-y brown, with some tan bubbles that hold pretty well. Nose has some caramel, sweet bread, gentle dark fruit notes. Taste has sweet malt, light caramel, some nutty and woody character. Somewhat drying in the finish, lighter medium body and adequate carbonation. Straightforward and serviceable.
