On tap at Canal Street Pub, Reading, PA.

Two Brothers IPA aged in burgundy wine barrels.

12oz. pour, red-orange color, hazy, with a wispy white head that left random patterns of lace on the glass. Crisp, fresh aroma, herbal hops, oak, subtle vinous notes. Crisp and clean on the palate, fresh hops, grape juice, light apple tartness, a touch of leather and toasted oak in the background. There was no mistaking the vinous quality to this beer, though it wasn't at all overdone or too winey. Nice mouthfeel, again, crisp, clean, cool, fresh, light-medium body, and a slightly lower than average carbonation. Nice drinker and a pleasant surprise from Free Will. Cheers!
