A big funky, sour wheat beer.

Very hazy orange, gold cider like appearance. Highly carbed, bubbles up the sides. A very funky, apple aroma. Taste is fairly tart, matches the nose with apple cider and vinegar flavors. Definite good amount of funk. The body is on the heavier side of light? Well carbed and crisp. Very refreshing. Not sure why this is under retired, they have it on tap fairly regularly. So delicious.

One of the best, most enjoyable and unique sour/funk beers I've had! It was my absolute favorite out of the six brews I tried at the Free Will Tasting Room.

Tasting at the brewery, it poured a pale yellow cloudy with white head. Aroma is yeasty malt and some light flowery hop notes. Taste is quite funky and sour with bready notes. The sourness overwhelms the palate and lingers too long.
