Served in a snifter at the Union Brewhouse in Weymouth.
Appearance: A minimal head was poured that reduced to nothing quickly. It is a golden straw yellow color with some vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.
Smell: Light peach sweetness, funk dour, wheaty, bready, and some green apple.
Taste: Definitely get more of that pucker, tart, snd dour flavor on the pslate. The peach compliments all those features without taking away from the wildness of the beer. Slight tingly and chewy notes in there too.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, tart, sour, pucker, tingly, a little dry, medium to high carbonation, and refreshing.
Overall: Have to admit that I like this beer a lot. Nice subtle peach flavor that compliments the funky and dour notes.
