A: The beer is clear amber yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving thick lacing around the edge of the glass and a thin layer of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of sourness and barnyard funk are present in the nose.
T: The taste has sour flavors of apples and pears along with a bit of funk.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a good balance between the sourness and funk.

This deep amber tap pour has a wisp of fine foam and a citrus-oak nose. The flavors are many: pear and grapefruit are prominent; the tartness is moderate. Vinous notes and a bit of earth-wood are noted. This is appreciably complex. The finish is dry.

Nose has some musty funk, something sweet buried in there
Tart and fruity. Some cotton candy, which is the only way I can think to describe it
