Brewed in collaboration with Phantom Carriage Brewery (Carson, CA), this nouveau farmhouse lager boasts notes of honey, orange blossom, river rocks, and light caramel. A rounded malt presence shines in the finish.

The crowler was filled this afternoon at the brewery and poured this evening.
A - Pours a clear, bronze/amber color with minimal cream colored lacing.
S - Delicate tart and funk, light acidity, light citrus, and caramel.
T - Tart caramel toast, light citrus, delicate funk, light acidity.
M- Medium body with a top of the tongue dryness.
O - This is an all over the board beer style that scares me because you never know what you're going to get (like a Saison). This particular interpretation works.
