Our house Pilsner is the beer that holds us together, just like duct tape and zip ties. With its light, grainy sweetness, soft mouthfeel, balanced, yet detectable floral hop bitterness, and crisp, clean, refreshing finish, there's no situation that this beer can't handle.

I felt this was a solid pilsener. Had it on draft in the tap room. Looked good with a light gold color and a firm white head that held on for a while. Pretty good lacing after. Smell was bready malt with a nice hop overlay. Taste was malty, bready at first, with a nice hop flavor in the middle, and a really clean finish that invited another sip. Feel was light to medium with nice carbonation-not too bubbly, not too flat, just right. Overall, it was fresh, had really strong flavor and was solid all the way through. I really enjoyed it and will head back to the brewery again for more!
