Oat Pale Ale with milk sugar conditioned on Mangosteen fruit, and dry hopped with Ekuanot. Notes of floral honeysuckle, heavenly strawberry, and peach cobbler, which complement the refreshing, slightly tart salinity and underlying sweetness of the beer.

on draft at the brewery
slightly hazy in appearance, light golden in color, white head. aroma is very heavy on tropical fruit - never had a Manogsteen fruit but assuming that is the driver here. taste is slightly sweet, not bitter at all. the lactose seems to have balanced out the ABV so that the body isn't too thin. Easy drinking, interesting beer.
