16oz can poured into a pint glass, courtesy of my friend Nick from Sabatini's. Beer was brewed in honor of Sabatini's pizza bar 60th birthday.
A hazy pale yellow body. Small but persistent white head, which manages to leave layers of lacing.
There is a mild citrus aroma.
Taste is pretty good. (Fortunately, no pepperoni lol) Slightly bitter & hoppy. There is a gentle sweet smoothness, guessing from the malt/oat/sugars. Tastes come at you in mild waves, quite pleasing.
Mouth closing in on full, finish a little on the bitter side.
A nice drinkable beer, with a fair amount going on, but nothing overpowering. Thanks Nick!

16 oz can, about 2 weeks old
hazy, light golden color, fairly opaque. thick foamy white head that eventually fades. nice fruity aroma - orange, passionfruit, peach, a touch of grassy notes too. taste is similar, a touch sweet, not much bitterness. softer, fuller bodied.
