Belgian-style Tripel brewed with a hefty amount of oats and aged for nearly a year in Bourbon barrels. Aromas of honey, flowers, and spicy wood. Flavors of delicate coconut, caramel, oak, and light spice with a dry and warming finish.

For a local brewery this beer is OK. I’m a big fan of Belgians and barrel aged ales, especially bourbon. It’s hard not to compare it to Boulevards and the Allagash but this beer does not hold up to them. I prefer more bourbon flavor and the taste or smell is lacking. I do not get the coconut flavor which I’m not sure would have worked anyway. Overall I’m happy with this purchase and will continue to check out Free Will brews
