This mixed culture saison was foudre fermented and finished in a single wine barrel with freshly picked lilac flowers from Perkasie. A soft freshness of emerging spring melds with notes of primrose, lily, vetiver, and clover honey.

A - Medium golden yellow with nice clarity with thin, bright white lacing and low carbonation.
S - Nose is filled with tart funk white grape.
T - Tart funky white grape with no lilac anywhere in the flavor, slightly puckering.
M - Medium body with a soft finish that dries the mouth out.
O - This is a nice sipper on a warm Summer night.
