Hazy IPA brewed with flaked oats and wheat, hopped with bunches of Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook. A cross between new age hazy IPAs and classic west coast renditions, this one's full on body and flavor with notes of dank grapefruit, tangelo, white peach, and honeydew melon.

On tap.

A - Hazy medium gold that's almost opaque with a dense, two fingered creamy, fluffy head.

S - Sweet grapefruit, mango, peach, overall fruity aroma.

T - Flavor is dominated with peach, mango, and citrus and ends balanced with a slight bitterness in the background.

M - Big medium body with gentle carbonation and dry on the back of the tongue.

O - Middle of the road and easy drinking.

Good for a DIPA, hides the booziness well. Just has a bit of coarseness on top of the juiciness that all DIPAs required. Above average for style.

Undated (WTF) can into pint glass. Pours a quite hazy gold with a brief off-white head. Good lacing. Initial impression is grapefruit, peach, and a touch of pine resin. Mouthfeel is right between NEIPA and West Coast old school IPAs. Fiinish is clean, dank, and bitter. Overall, I think Garcia's Forest combines the best features of the two styles. Well done!

16 oz can, date is about two weeks old

Pours a very hazy opaque pale yellow color, white head. Nice aroma of mix of citrus and dank hops. Similar flavor, with firm lingering bitterness. Like the brewery says, nice mix of new and old school hop flavors, I like it.
