Poured from a tall bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Blueberry colored pour... cloudy with thin fizzy white head. Modest lacing.
S: Tart, blueberry, and funk. Green fruit and oak.
T.F: Tart... strong blueberry and funk. Vanilla, oak, and unripened stone fruit. Some lemon citrus... with moderate acidity. More berry.. apple cider vinegar... medium bodied and a bit astringent. Dry finish with lingering blueberry.
O: An outstanding blueberry-aged sour. Drinks almost like an oud bruin. Really enjoyed this one.

Pours a dark brown, very cloudy, maybe a bit muddy. Not much head. Aroma of tart berries, which also dominate the flavor. There is some oaky complexity and a touch of bitterness at times. Foamed up a few times as I was drinking, light mouthfeel.

Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Slightly cloudy reddish brown color with a good initial head and decent lacing. Berry and milk chocolate smell and taste. Tart berry flavors. Earthy and rustic. Very good with pizza!
