2019 vintage. Poured from a tall bottle into a Tree House tulip
L: Nearly black pour.. opaque with minimal fizzy off-white head. Modest lacing.
S: Rich and boozy. Bourbon, rum, cocoa, and more booze.
T.F: Sweet and warming. Big roasted malts with loads of bourbon. Vanilla and oak... sweet rum and caramel. Chocolate, tobacco, and plum. Modest roast bitterness. Smooth and oily on the tongue. Medium bodied.
O: An absolutely outstanding take on Ralphius, and it picks up a lot of goodness from the barrels. Delicious beer... hope they bring it back!

Pours a ruby-tinted, murky black with a very thin, very short-lived mocha head that quickly fizzes away into a modest crown. No lacing.
Cola, chocolate, plum, vanilla, tobacco, bourbon and distant hints of anise and allspice in the nose.
Lush caramel and chocolate up front in the taste. Hints of plum and other dark fruits, as well as a hint of tobacco and black licorice. Strong alcohol burn.
Medium bodied and creamy with some tight carbonation.
Great barrel presence in this. Creamy caramel with dark flavors.

375 ml bottle
2020 vintage, 17.5% abv
Black in color, very thin head that fades. Nose has a ton of complex barrel. Same with flavor, prerty deep - oak, vanilla, mild butterscotch, a bit of cocoa. Fairly boozy. Full bodied, a touch oily, lower carbonation.
