Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Cloudy golden brown pour with 2 fingers of off-white head. Good lacing.
S: Tart apple pie and spice. Clove and cinnamon.
T.F: Sweet/tart. Strong apple pie... crust and fruit. Some spice but not overwhelming. Cinnamon and nutmeg. Apple peel and lemon zest. Medium to heavy bodied... sticky on the tongue. Lingering pastry and pie.
O: A really tasty tart apple pie beer. The mash series is rock solid and this was a surprisingly good entry. Very original.
