I absolutely love the flavors imparted to this and the Ralphius by the aromatic bitters Barrel aging. Really a very pleasant comforting flavor for these high ABV beers. Stupendous with some nice cheese and crackers and it reminds you of the good things in life.
Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Dark, murky reddish brown color with good initial head and light lacing. The smell and taste of these beers are spicy and warming. Cinnamon, cloves, allspice. An excellent holiday beer!
