Sour Ale with Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Vanilla, Nutmeg, Allspice, and Milk Sugar. Fully fermented, soft and fluffy, with notes of pumpkin pie and fall spice.

pours a fizzy pale brown, with no head or lacing. Reminiscent of spiced apple cider with a sour note and a pleasant pie flavor. Sour ale drinkers may find this appealing. Not undrinkable, but for regular beer drinkers it goes down better if you think of it as a cider.
