Poured from 16 oz can to pilsner glass. Looks clear yellow with a lot of active carbonation bubbles rising up. White head looks meringue like and lasts a while. Smell is bready malt, and a floral hop smell too. Neither aroma sticks out too much and they seem to balance each other. Taste starts with malt sweetness, a bit of white bread. Middle gets a bit of bitterness and those floral hops kick in. Finish is pretty clean as there isn't really a strong aftertaste. Feel is medium with decent carbonation that cleans up the tongue. Overall, a good pilsner, but I prefer one of Free Will's other pilsners a bit more.

16 oz can, bought a couple weeks ago from the brewery. label indicates "Italian Style Pilsner"
clear, light yellow in color, bone white head. excellent head retention, and some lacing. aroma is grassy, grainy, but an odd minerally note in there. That flavor is not in the taste though. taste is pretty clean, moderately bitter. thin to medium bodied.
