Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Dark brown color with little head or lacing. Strong smell and taste of butterscotch and caramel. Candied orange, warm spices, caramel apples and dark wine. A bit boozy and comforting. Dark cherries, figs. Quite a bit going on - it could have been a bit richer in the feel, but overall a pleasant beer.
