Cream Ale with Key Limes. We brewed this nostalgic style with a base of pilsner malt and flaked maize, which was then fermented with the classic San Francisco lager yeast, and hopped ever so lightly with Mandarina Bavaria. Notes of lemon lime sports drink, orange citrus, and the most perfect piece of toast.

S - Cereal grain and lime on the nose.
T - Lime, light cereal grain malt ends balanced.
M - Medium body.
O - This is a sleeper. Definitely worth a try.
