Canadian-style Pilsener brewed with 100% of the finest Canadian barley and gently hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. Designed to mimic our favorite beer made north of the border. You could say - the closest thing we’ve made to a “beer drinker’s beer”. Tastes like summer canoe trips, ski slopes, hockey playoffs, backyard bbq’s, and that ever so great reward at the end of a steeply inclined hike. This one has no season, though here it is now. Enjoy it whenever, wherever, paired with whatever it is you like to do. A beer for you and I, eh?

Had to get aggressive on the pour to yield even a finger of short-lasting head. Body is a slightly cloudy pale straw. Not cloudy in a hazy sense, though; there's just some particulate floating about. It settles if you give it a moment. It smells, I mean, like a Canadian pils, so that's on point. Right down to the skunkiness. Or maybe I'm defective and hallertau hops just smell skunky to me. I think maybe their current recipe has changed as my can reads 5% ABV; canned sometime earlier this Spring. Anyway, this tastes far more delicate than anything in the Canadian import "section" at your local beer purveyor. There's enough of a malt backbone to not be watery and the hop balance is nigh perfect. Tasty, too. Super soft and chuggable. I liked this enough that I got several six packs of it.
