Barrel Aged Sour Ale with Red Raspberries
This mixed culture sour was crafted from a base of foudre fermented saison which was then re-fermented in a single wine barrel with two separate additions of raspberries over the course of the past year. This double fruited beer has notes of red raspberry filled hard candies, sherbet, and tart pink lemonade.
