Dreams and Nightmares - Pale Lager brewed with nearly all pilsner malt, very lightly hopped with two of our favorite German varietals Hallertauer Mittelfruh and Mandarina Bavaria, fermented with our preferred lager strain, and cold conditioned for a long while. Crispy clean, with notes of fresh bread dough, floral bouquets, and subtle fruit. 4.3% ABV

Very plain yet crafty lager. Something for your non-crafty friends that is an upgrade to a mainstream lager. Yet, still not enough for me, to plain.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a yellow color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of grains, malts. Taste is the same as the aroma, extremely easy drinking. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

Minimal eggshell white head over a pale ginger ale (complete with big bubbles) body. Head quickly pulls a vanishing act. A modicum of lacing. Not the prettiest beer you'll ever eyeball-fuck. Smells grainy and biscuit-y with a mild floral hop note. Bready-y. A tame nose, but pleasant enough. Tastes, like, exactly as it smells: light, floral and bready. That's not such a bad thing. It has a little more personality than most beers of this pale hue. Light and easy-drinking; not quite as crisp as anticipated, but it is possessed of a certain softness on the tongue. A decent, completely inoffensive beer.

Medium-body beer with a crisp taste. Very nice hop and mild citrusy flavor come through. Very easy to drink beer due to its brightness and is not very tasking on the palate. Overall, great beer and definitely worth a try if available to you.
