Our brew team designed this one to showcase some hops from down under, all Australia on this beer, an IPA brewed with a good bit of wheat, flaked and malted oats, whirlpool hopped with Galaxy, then dry hopped with Vic Secret, Ella, and some more Galaxy. We’re getting a variety of citrus flavors out of this, grapefruit, orange rind, some lime - a real bowl of citrus fruit salad.

On tap at the brewery.
A - Opaque pour with thin, dense white lacing and no carbonation.
S - Dank spicy citrus, citrus rind, and spicy pineapple with some peppery notes on the nose.
T - Follows the nose: Citrus, sweet grapefruit, pineapple, spicy fruit rind, and passion fruit. Most prominent is the pineapple character.
M - Big body that's chewy and just a tad bit of thinness around the edge but ever so slight and doesn't deter from the beer.
O - Free Will has this one dialed in. Nice job and full of fruity, tropical flavor with the right amount of spiciness.
