We’ve been feeling a real sense of nostalgia over here with some of our recent brews so we decided to whip up a brand new Pale Ale that’s both a nod to some of our favorite beers from the 90’s, yet deceivingly much different in appearance, this thing is HAZY. A little bit a new meets old…
River Crossing - Pale Ale brewed with malted oats and some wheat, whirlpool hopped with Cascade and Hallertau Blanc, then dry hopped with Simcoe, cryo Mosaic, plus more Cascade and Blanc. Getting that balsam fir and earthy pine character we were shooting for on the nose, pretty ideal for the season we’re heading towards. All rounded out good and nice with notes of grapefruit rind and huckleberry. Drink a few and be glad!

16 oz can
hazy opaque light yellow in color, milky looking. thick white head. good head retention. big fruity aroma - citrus, white grape, peach. similar juicy taste, but finishes with a harsh astringent hop burn which is a big turnoff for me. soft mouthfeel.
