2021 release, 375 ml bottle
pours jet black, thin tan colored head that fades quickly. big boozy bourbon aroma. aroma and taste has a lot of dark cocoa, vanilla, toasted pecan, a little buttery caramel. Taste is actually not "hot" at all - very smooth. thick, viscous body, slick feel.

Matte black with a thin mocha cap that quickly dissipates into a moderately-sized crown.
Huge aroma right when popped of chocolate, vanilla, toffee, caramel, leather and plum.
Similar elements are in the taste, but with a somewhat darker quality: rich, dark chocolate; dark fruit; dark caramel. Flashes of vanilla. And a lightly nutty finish.
On the light side of full bodied; fairly creamy; with some soft fizz.
Very impressive barrel addition in this one; lots of complexity, yet with a relative smoothness right out of the gate. Not as hairy and abrasive as the OG.
