Czech-style Dark Lager
This double decocted lager pours deep brown with a garnet hue and is topped with a tan, fluffy head. A restrained yet balanced use of specialty malts lends notes of rustic bread crust, dates, and black tea. All of which is balanced with Saaz hops, delivering a spicy and crisp finish.
An absolute must on the side-pull!
