Current edition with citra, cashmere, sabro & HBC 586 hops. 8.4% ABV. Benefit for suicide and crisis lifeline.
Dark, hazy honey body with a solid finger of head. Pretty decent lacing considering the relative lack of head. That body is weird-looking, though. Like it's got peach puree blended in or something. Smells a little odd, too. Boozy, for starters. Light orange vibes. Peachy. The usual fruit notes for the style, just kinda muted. Yeah, I dunno. It doesn't smell bad or anything, just a little weird. Tastes pretty nice, though. Sweet citrus and peaches, but not heavy. No real bitterness. On the sweeter side. Medium to full bodied with moderate carbonation. Prickly up front on the tongue, but finishes with a mellow smoothness. Yeah, uh, that's all I got. It's fine - good even- but I don't feel compelled to shower it with compliments. People who dig this style will undoubtedly like this more than me.
