Brewed with a base of German pilsner malt and a touch of Munich malt, single decocted for added depth, bettered with Saaz, then layered cold for the past couple months. Notes of citrus zest, floral dandelion, and cracker

From an undated 12oz can, obtained from the brewery via in person trade, into a pint glass.
Pours a ever-so-slightly hazy straw color with about one finger of white head. Ok retention and just a little bit of lacing.
Decent aromas of lemon pepper, grass and sweet grains.
Taste follows but a little more subdued than the nose.
Thinner bodied with prickly carbonation.
This is a decent enough stab at the style but probably not one I'd buy on my own.

Draft pour at the brewery. Look is clear pale gold, soft white head that falls off but leaves a lot of lacing in the glass, very active carbonation in the glass as bubbles rush to the top. Smell is white bread dough, malt, and spicy hops. Taste is malty, cracker, white bread, with a nice mix of herbal, spicy hops in the back. No one flavor dominated, but rather they all worked well together. Feel is light, very easy to drink, nicely carbonated. Overall, this was an enjoyable beer. It's not overly complicated, but very tasty and easy to have more than one. Very nice.

On draft via side pull faucet at the brewery
Clear light yellow color, thick creamy white head. Big aroma of bready pale malt, a touch of earthy hops. Well balanced, drier finish. Thin to medium bodied, smooth feel.
