Our house saison fermented in steel and aged in a variety of wooden barrels with mixed culture. A uniquely chosen cask was then conditioned with Crimson Clover flowers, picked at Blooming Glen Farm (Perkasie, PA) in the spring of 2023. Notes of watermelon rind, dragonfruit, and cucumber flesh.
