Our house saison fermented in steel and aged in a variety of of wooden barrels with mixed culture. A uniquely chosen cask was then conditioned on freshly picked chamomile flowers from Bluestem Botanicals (Doylestown, PA) and then dry hopped with Galaxy and Callista. Notes of pineapple lemon custard, and early season apricot.
