375 ml bottle - November 2024 release
Pours inky black with tan colored head that eventually fades. Complex boozy aroma - spiced pear, flourless chocolate cake, oaky vanilla, even some floral notes. Similar flavors in the taste, a bit hot when it warms. Thick, full bodied. Slick mouthfeel.

Pours matte black with a thin, mocha-colored, soap-bubble head that quickly dissipates into a bubbly crown.
Honey, sherry, gingerbread-molasses cookies and vanilla in the nose.
Sweet tasting up front: plum, pomegranate, honey, molasses with some underlying cola and baking spices. Slow-building heat in the finish.
Medium bodied for the style, sticky, with restrained carbonation.
Another delicious variant in a fantastic series.
