Near black with a half finger of soupy mocha head. Modest retention and a few spots of lacing.
Chocolate, vanilla and booze in the nose.
The taste follows, but dials the experience up several notches: silky smooth dark chocolate, vanilla and a heavy hit of alcohol. Maybe a little char behind, but it’s fairly hidden.
Slick, smooth feel with a bit of heft and soft carbonation.
Another winner.

on draft at the brewery
jet black in color, with dark brown colored head. aroma of roasted malt and bourbon, a little peppery. similar taste, not much sweetness at all. fuller bodied, silkly smooth.
