Poured into a tulip glass at a Japanese restaurant.
The beer immediately began to foam out of the bottle. It had been taken out of a fridge from a local bottle shop minutes before. Having known Free Will's recent problems in bottling- this is their problem, not the shop or mine.
After ten minutes of the beer settling, it was quite palatable. It smelled of cherries, and though a bit grainy it drank smooth.
It tasted of a beer that had cherry blossom essence in it. Something I had wanted strongly for a long time, so it sated my desire. But as a subjective beer drinker- there was still a little more I wanted from the liquid.
Had it not been over-carbonated, I would have been a bit more inclined to rate it better- but it was over-carbonated, so that does give it a hit.
I would not buy it again, and I probably would not buy Free Will again until they fix their problems.

This is a collaborative beer with Two Rivers. I am sure they are doing it so that Two Rivers can have something "they" brewed while they get their operation up and running.
Pretty standard witbier with a wad of fruit infusion. Punch in the mouth wit flavor with globs of cherry stuff going on. Points for pulling off a witbier without making a mess of it. The edges could be rounded out a good bit more to make it more drinkable though. And the carbonation is quite biting. Overall, decent. I doubt Smuttynose would approve of the name though. Heh.
