L Gold and cloudy
S A mix of fruit and pine
T Great balanced mix of tropical sweet and citrusy bitter hops (Galaxy I believe). 8.1% ABV, 84 IBUs, no hint of alcohol,
dangerously easy to drink. While this will be high praise, reminds me of a mix of Wicked Weed Pernicious and Wicked
Weed Freak of Nature, with maybe a tad more tropical sweetness. Not a malt bomb, no cloying or syrupy excess,
really works well. Made in Columbus Ohio. Another great beer from Ohio.
F Plenty of carbonation, an easy drinker for a DIPA
O More than just a solid, noteworthy in a field where great double IPAs abound.

Pound Can > Tulip Glass
A - Clear gold with a finger of foamy white head, thick lacing.
S - Dank hop profile, grapefruit, hop resin, white grape, huge pine and floral notes
T - Classic west coast flavor, citrus, tons of grapefruit, pine, very floral, slightly dank in flavor compared to the aroma.
M - Pretty heavy, lots of lingering bitterness.
O - This being only 6 days old, its a really solid west coast IPA, with good classic flavor.

L A lighter DIPA, a peachy mango hue, slight head but dissipates rather quickly, decent lacing
S: Piney and resinous upfront, with a fruity hoppy backing, sliced cantaloupe and hints of honey
T: Much lighter than what I was expecting, getting piney notes, melon flavors, finishes bittersweet with a decent malt backing
F: I'd say this beer has low carbonation, this makes it smooth but I feel more bubbles would brighten up the flavor a bit considering the taste wasn't "big" to begin with
O: I'd consider this an average DIPA. The smell was exciting but taste and body left something to be desired

Pours a hazy golden yellow into a fifteen ounce glass mug the same temperature as the beer. One and a half fingers of white creamy head that settles to a thin lasting rime. Good lacing.
Citrus hops blast the nose with resinous pine. Ruby red grapefruit and papaya.
Taste is full blown citrus hops held together with a good malt backbone, Resinous pine. Spicy. Juicy. Touch of bread.
This is a full bodied beer with excellent carbonation. Very smooth for an IPA.
Good well balanced IPA that needs a second look. Update to follow.

Covering all of their bases, from floral to bitter, and with dank and delicious built right in, Four String's brewers set out for a doubly appetizing hop bomb to have hop heads crawling to them from near and far.
Rectifier's appearance is pale amber and gold with a hazy body and a creamy eggshell froth to crown the glass. Bold floral aromas capture the essence of citrus and tropical notes along with a peppery dankness that's nearly smoky. Its taste is malty sweet at first, rounding the early palate with caramel, honey and light toasty nuttiness.
As the ale progresses over the middle palate, its sweetness begins to relax and the brunt of hops begin to take their toll. Citrusy flavors lead the way with toasted orange peel, grapefruit and a hint of lemon. Tropical tastes ensue with hints of pineapple and mango before its bitter resins finish off the session with a gullet gripping taste of pine sap and cannabis.
Medium bodied, the beer's lasting sweetness is mild as it takes an edge off of the spicy alcohol and the bold bitterness. Those peppery notes of prairie fire and toast persist and works to elevate the beer's overall dankness. A long and bitter aftertaste outweighs the sweetness is classic IPA form.

Pours hazy gold copper. Foamy, short, white head fades quickly with good lacing.
Smells citrus, pine and malt.
Tastes pine, pepper, bready malt and light citrus peel. Finish is dry with pine linger. Medium body and creamy medium carbonation.

I'm trying this with my bro in law over 4th Weekend. It poured a hazy yellow with no head and no lace. The scent had hints of citrus peel. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink for a dipa. The mouthfeel was fuller in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a solid beer.

Deep honey or nectar in color. Nose is heavy of hops. First taste is thick of the same...hops. There isn't a lot of aftertaste or carryover of the hops. Very good, nay great beer!
