This beer is a fully hazy straw color and is topped by a wispy white head. The aroma is classic with notes of banana, and a bit of clove to back it up. The beer is quite smooth and dry up front, but quickly moves to a fairly sweet note that is a mix of banana, clove and a hint of lemon-like acidity. The finish is at first lightly acidic, but then gets a bit of bitterness and a bit of prickly carbonation on the tongue. There is definitely a certain spicy quality to this beer as well. This is certainly nice and quaffable, and is perhaps interesting enough to have again.

Appears a cloudy yellow with a frothy white 2 finger head that leaves tons of lacing. Beautiful, medium carbonation.
Smells of sugary wheat, banana, vanilla, and a touch of clove.
Tastes great! All the aforementioned flavors packed into this beauty of a beer, heavy on the banana. Mouthfeel is great as well. Nice and creamy with a zest of citrus and banana blanketing the palate. This was my favorite brew there! Loved it.

Finger licking good!

What a beautiful hazy wheat yellow color with a medium head and loads of lace on a frosted pint glass.

The flavor of banana and wheat hits you between the eyes from first sip to the last gulp. Also, just a hint of cloves, but, big on the banana taste. Well balance of fruit with just a touch of tartness. This was the best beer made at this brewery!
