This beer is quite clear with a pretty copper color and a wispy pale tan colored head. The aroma is lightly citrusy with a hint of diacetyl that slowly becomes more evident with time. The taste is a mix of flavors dominated by the diacetyl and a weird phenolic, sharp flavor that is sort of like burnt plastic. Oh yeah, there are some beer-like notes too; I get a hint of malty caramel, a wisp of spicy, citrusy hops and a very light bitterness in the finish. The off flavors do not make this undrinkable, but this is certainly not worth having more of.
