On tap at the brewery...limited...poured in a snifter.
Copper color with small head.
Aroma of flowery fields, peat, lavender, light bathroom cleaner.
Flavors of sweet malts, Sprite, light citrus. Overall very easy drinking, seemingly like a session beer making me wonder if it's really 9.5%...truly smooth and drinkable. Any fault might be that there's not enough herb/spice/field flavor. That didn't hurt the overall drinkability...was this really 9.5%...amazing! I would have taken home a growler but it's only a 5 gallon batch according to the waitress. They need to do this again!
