A light and dry German style ale with a cooler fermentation & aging than most ales with a nice light strawberry twist to complement but not over power this nice German Kolsh.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a light golden straw color with a one finger head of fizzy white foam. The head fades rather fast to leave a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – As may be expected, the aroma of the beer is big of a strawberry smell with some notes of grain and a little bit of bread. Along with these aromas are some light greasy smells.
Taste – The taste begins with a mainly standard pilsner flavor, with a rather crisp wheat bread and grainy taste with just a hint of a strawberry flavor mixed in upfront. The strawberry gets slightly more potent as the taste moves on, but overall, remains rather light. The bready tastes end up fading a bit all while the grainy taste get slightly more potent. The grass increases ever so slightly at the end, leaving one with a rather crisp and lightly strawberry tinted grainy and crisp flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the thinner side with a carbonation level that is on the lower side. The feel is quite nice for the brew overall, making for a rather easy drinking and refreshing brew overall.
Overall- A rather easy drinking brew overall, with just a hint of a strawberry flavor. The light hint of strawberry flavor is rather nice, as it makes it more refreshing, crisp, and very drinkable; great for the more warm weather days. Not a bad fruit infused brew.
