Brought back from Brazil, I think my last beer from there. Best by 2021/11/26
Pours a med-smaller fizzy head with lower retention, no lacing, semi hazy med gold color
Nose brings lots of spices, some phenol spices like coriander clove notes, but some other strange spices as well, a bit of doughy wheat, and some tart lemon notes, biscuit bread wheat, and a strange funky fruity character
Taste brings more of the spices, coriander, clove, and some other unique spices I can't put my finger on, lots of creamy doughy wheat, cake batter, vanilla, a bit of citrus esters with lemon and some orange icing, I also get a strange vegetal DMS character that shouldn't be there, more cake batter and orange icing late, touch of bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med foam carb
Overall not bad but I think some off characters, both taste and nose had some strange spice characters, nose had some strange funky tart fruit that could be the beginning of infection or esters that shouldn't be there, and a touch of DMS on the taste, but otherwise not bad
