We figured if Boston can have one, so should we. This beer is influenced by both the Boston Lager and the Noble Pils. It is light amber to golden in color, with a fresh-almost spicy hop aroma, a crisp balanced flavor and a clean finish.

Growler from Brewery: This one pours a crystal clear amber color. There was about a finger of a somewhat frothy white head on it. It didn’t linger long but did leave some lacing. Nice nose to it. Mainly some caramel malts, without any sweetness. Some earthy and slightly spicy hops also. The taste is good. Nothing really bold jumping out, but just a nice balance to the beer. Very smooth and easy to drink. Some caramel notes with a slightly dry and hint of bitterness to the finish. I think it would be easy to drink quite a few of these.
