All Saints Hefeweizen
Pours a cloudy straw yellow, little to no head. Smell of banana, clove, bubble gum, typical of a standard hefe. In the taste, more of the same banana clove character and a touch of lemony citrus. Hop bitterness is mild, leafy and tea like. Overall, this is a good standard Hefeweizen and I would certainly have it again.
