The nose showcased the Mosaic Hops as it has a distinguishable cattiness, perfumey flowers, rose petal, light herbal notes, lemon, pine and chive.
The flavors are pure Mosaic as that catty ammonia is evident but seems to work well with with the overall structure. I get rose petal, perfumes, lemon rind, pine, light bitterness and herbal notes.
My only complaint is that the malt is a bit overwhelmed and it presents itself a bit thin. Otherwise it's very enjoyable and well done.
