I got a can of this off the single shelf at a Kroger just down the road from south metro ice. It poured a slightly hazy copper with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had some sweet malt and hints of citrus hop. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's an ok beer.

12 oz can in Dayton Ohio.
Pours with a deep amber body topped by a large, durable white head.
Grassy, herbal and lightly dank. This is a bold APA with plenty of hops. There is more pine in the aroma than the flavor.
Medium body with soft, medium+ carbonation.

Pours a hazy bright orange color with plenty of head that dissipates slowly. Smell is citrus then hoppy. Initial taste is hoppy then sweet with a somewhat crisp, dry finish. The feel is slightly thicker than anticipated but still flavorful. Overall a darn good brew.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a beige/orange color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of malts, some toffee. Taster is well balanced, malts and hops, some citrus, light bitterness. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent and highly drinkable beer.

Poured from a can - burnt yellow/golden with a white head that sticks around long enough.

Smells sharp; well fermented with a clean hop presence and a touch of malt.

The taste delivers with a bright hop character (fruity, touch of grass, and touch of tropical), and a clean finish. Little to no malt, unfortunately.

Mouthfeel is thinner than I would like.

My only gripe about this beer is the lack of malt and body. Hop flavor and aroma are on point, but this beer lacks depth. I could finish a six pack, not not as easily as the better examples of this style.

On tap. Look is medium orange and clear. Smell is citrus hops and some peppery spice. Taste delivers more of the same. Hop punch is sharp but fades quickly. Initial tastes were better than later. Low malt, as it should be in an APA. Feel is fine, no alcohol noticeable, carb level fine. Overall solid offering. Would have again for sure

I had this on tap at a local tap house and it was really good. I'm becoming a big fan of galaxy hops and this beer features them. I'd definitely buy this in bottles or cans, if available locally.

Picked up a growler, had it poured into a pint glass. Color is a light copper, transparent, little bit if now white head. Flavor is malt with a background of lemon, pretty good. Comes on strong on the back end. Mouthfeel is kind of intense, but not too bad. Good stuff.

This drinks as an immensely quenching ale with an all too thin malt body but an approachable hop profile. Enjoyable fruity hops of grapefruit and oranges while presenting some light herbal hops and lighter pine. Not much bitterness adds to an easy drinking beer.

First beer I've tried from Country Boy, and I'll definitely be back to Lexington for more. Floral, fruity, bright would all describe this IPA, but don't read that as sweet. Pineapple tones and enough hops to balance nicely.

With the aroma and taste that boarders on American IPA, but with the approachable body and moderately balanced bitterness, the Country Boys introduce a sensible pale ale that will surely appease the hop-heads.

Its beautiful golden hues hedge on amber as its bright clarity shines on. Juicy fruit aromatics carry a perfume of ripe tangerine, red grapefruit, soft pineapple, mango and tangy passionfruit. Once its caramel laced sweetness seeps onto the tongue, the taste explodes into Hawaiian Punch and orange sherbet.

Seeming honey-like or dripping with fructose, the sweetness is quickly balanced with the tang and bitterness of spruce and citrus pith. As the sweetness recedes and the malty-dry taste remains to support the hops, a hint of graham cracker trails and gives the beer remarkable balance.

Medium through and through, the even-keel taste of fruity hops and malt sweetness is steadfast even in the beer's waning moments, yet till developing a pleasant grassy and nutty finish.
