Always hanging their hats on styles like stout and porter, pale ale and IPA, wile ale and sours, pepper beer and cider, but rarely the hazy stuff. And now that they have, some might think that it's the end of the world.
Pale golden straw and cast in a foggy gaze, Fire And Brimstone thwarts a citrusy, tangy, berry, vinous and herbal perfume above a cottony white froth. As the light flavors of honeysuckle, wafer and shortcake stem from the cereal malt profile, the ale takes a sweeter tone to start.
Then as the hops awaken on the middle palate, the bold citrus complement of orange, white grapefruit and lemon take center stage. Complementary tropical notes of papaya, passionfruit and kiwi help to complete the fruit medley until the session turns softly bitter with sassafras, spruce, verbena, green tea and help. With the pillowy malts trailing into the recesses of taste, the session closes semi-crisp and juicy with dry melon.
Medium bodied and trending slightly more bitter than the standard hazy ale, the ale finishes malty-dry and with a peppery resinous bite to ensure a refreshing measure of dryness, semi-crispness and a peppery fruit afterglow.

16oz can poured into a snifter
A- pours a hazy dull orange with a one-finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring
S- juicy tangerine, grapefruit zest, kiwi, mint and a hint of grass
T- juicy, almost tangy citrus up front with some tangerine and pithy grapefruit. Mid-palate gives some pine and grass, as well as peach. The finish gives more juicy citrus
M- medium body with medium carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish
